Four rooms that can be shut off from each other.
The size is not the point; the doors are. Sitting room, study, bedroom and bathing room each close, so one of you can take a call at seven while the other is still asleep forty feet away and hears nothing — the party wall between the bedroom and the study is built as an external wall, insulated to the same figure. The kitchen is small and real rather than a display: a full cold larder, an induction hob, and a service door onto the back stair so a dinner for six arrives without anyone crossing the sitting room. The terrace is deep enough at the western corner to eat on properly, not just to stand on.
The wraparound terrace follows the sun from the eastern shore to the western peaks, and glazing on every principal wall keeps all three summits in view from morning to last light.
